The property consists of 6 bedrooms (all with large bathrooms) which lay peacefully in the nature, surrounded by 17.000 sqm park setting, an Olympic size pool and natural landscaping with unobstructed views of the ocean and Morna valley.
The main villa consists of two floors, with two bedrooms. The four additional bedrooms are built around or connected with the main house and enjoy complete privacy. Unlimited internet is available throughout the entire property, including outside spaces (terraces, pool, temple, teahouse.).
Colored Persian Tabriz carpets, ancient Venetian stucco on the wall, Travertine marble floors in all rooms and terraces, Designers’ Guild curtains and fabrics, and most wonderful art from Simona Marziani make up an original, unique and exclusive decoration.

The ground floor consists of an open floor disposition with kitchen, lobby, dining room, recepti0n room, study with fireplace, living room with large satellite TV, IPOD, surround audio system, Sonos wireless music system on all floors, bedrooms, terraces and pool.,. Small bedroom with large bathroom with queen size bed or configures with two single beds for children.
The luxury Master suite has two outside terraces overlooking the Morna Valley and the garden, bathroom with bathtub, large motoric Samsung 3D Cinema TV, California king size bed (220cn x 220cn) with special comfort mattress, couch and sitting table, antique closet, working desk, antique table and standing lamps, IPAD, SONOS music, DVD library, Blue Ray player. Huge walk-in closet with sea view.
Overlooking the fishpond and the garden with sea views we find a Luxury Guest Suite with spacious ensuite bathroom with large bathtub and shower.
Second Luxury Guest Suite with huge bathroom and bathtub is located at the donkey park with direct access to the gardens and the pool.
Tirth Luxury Guests Suite stands overlooking the Morna Valley and the forest. On request, this bedroom can be decorated as a part office/ part bedroom. A tranquil villa: the perfect setting to sleep or work in peace.
Fourth Suite is a separate beach style villa overlooking the valley with an open kitchen/dining area, ensuite bathroom, couch with sitting table and an open terrace with lounge beds and coffee table.
The villa is fully serviced with 2 housekeeper, gardener and driver who are available 24/7 and live on the property. Daily cleaning of all rooms as well as regular change of towels and bedsheets ,laundry ,pool and breakfast service is included. Additional after hour services like babysitting/cooking against extra charge of 15 Euros per hour.
