A very charming villa with spectacular sea view and view of the small and mystical island Es Vedra, and amazing sunsets. It has access to the very close beach Playa Codolar, only a footstep away in less than 5 minutes, and in car it takes only 5 minutes to the well-known beach Cala Conta, famous for its sunsets. The house consists of five bedrooms, distributed as follows: one twin bedroom connects with the living room and one of the terraces, has air-condition and an independent shower-bathroom. The second bedroom has an independent entrance to the house; it has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with air conditioning. Attached to the house is an independent apartment with two bedrooms (one twin and one double bedroom), a shared shower-bathroom. On the second floor there is the fifth bedroom with double bed and fantastic views of the sunset. There is also an ample room with a billiard table and a dart-board, as well as a chimney, air-condition and a full bathroom between the bedroom and the game room. The kitchen is in the main part of the house and is fully equipped. The exterior area of the house is very ample and cozy; there are many terraces with wooden furniture, an ample dining area next to the grill. Nice garden reaching to the pool area that has another covered porch to dine and enjoy the wonderful views. The house is very well situated, being close to many of the well-known beaches of the Island, its spectacular sea views, impressing views of Es Vedra and the wonderful sunset. Less than two minutes is a supermarket, diving center, tennis court, restaurants and the close-by beach that can be reached walking. Distances: 5 minutes walk to Playa Codolar, less than 5 minutes in car to playa Cala Conta and less than 10 minutes from the beaches of Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida, Cala Carbo, Cala D´hort, Cala Bassa. 10 minutes from the village of San José and San Antonio.

On the top of a hill, with formidable sea views, near the charming town of San José we find Can Love. A pool with a wooden platform invites us to dive into it. From its terraces we can relax admiring the views of the Mediterranean. The living room has two cozy areas, both with white painted wooden beam ceilings and comfortable sofas separated by an open arch. The furniture is made of weathered wood, there are beautifully embroidered beanbags and a TV above the fireplace. The main bedroom has a double bed, terrace with beautiful sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. The second and third bedrooms have a double bed, sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. The fourth bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and French doors that open onto the garden, where we find a pergola that provides pleasant shade. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are separated from the main building. They are accessed through a private entrance. Bedroom 5 has a private terrace, a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning and WIFI. The 32m2 rectangular pool is integrated into a terrace with a wooden platform and with fantastic views of the countryside and the sea. There are double and single sunbeds with umbrellas and different covered seating areas where you can spend sunny summer afternoons or dine with friends.
