Standing out for its simple and cozy design, the house is perfect for enjoying a few days of relaxation on the island, in an environment of great natural beauty and tranquility.
The house has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, distributed between the main house and the annex, comfortably and practically on a single floor.
The finishes and decoration are of a high quality, with stone details and elegant designer furniture. The house exudes good taste and attention to detail.
The annex consists of an independent house with a living room, its own kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The annex is just as charming as the main house.
The interior and exterior spaces are perfectly interrelated thanks to the continuous connections to the exterior from the bedrooms, kitchen or living room with the porches and terraces that give rise to different spaces in which to relax, eat or dine. On the main porch there is a large table for 10 people and two large wooden sofas.
The exterior of the house is simply wonderful, the porches and terraces give way to a beautifully landscaped area where Mediterranean and native plants are perfectly combined with more exotic varieties. Next, and at a slightly lower level, we find the infinity and blue pool. This part of the house is simply fabulous, it has a large terrace area with Balinese beds, hammocks, umbrellas and a barbecue.
