Built in 2015, Villa Majnum is a luxurious house with a careful elegant, modern and minimalist design where every detail has been taken into account, in order to achieve comfortable, spacious and bright spaces. The choice of furniture, materials and finishings are of the highest quality.
Exceptionally located in the exclusive urbanization of Cap Martinet, less than a kilometre from the town of Jesús and a few meters from Talamanca beach, the marinas and the promenade. Some of the most famous restaurants and clubs are just a few minutes away; Pacha, Lío, Sa Punta, Cappuccino, Casino. As well as Ibiza centre, the port, D'Alt Vila and the historic centre.
The house is distributed on two floors and a basement.
The ground floor has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, terraces and direct access to the pool. A large kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room and courtesy bathroom.
In the first we find three bedrooms with bathroom en-suite and spacious terraces.
In the basement there is a garage with capacity for four cars.
