Built in 2016, Villa Leyla is a luxurious house with a careful elegant, modern and minimalist design where every detail has been taken into account, in order to achieve comfortable, spacious and bright spaces. The choice of furniture, materials and finishes is of the highest quality.
Exceptionally located in the exclusive urbanization of Cap Martinet, less than a kilometre from the town of Jesus and a few meters from Talamanca beach, the marinas and the promenade, some of the most famous restaurants and nightclubs are within walking distance. few minutes (Pacha, Lío, Sa Punta). As well as Ibiza centre, the port, D'Alt Vila and the historic centre.
The house is distributed on two floors. The ground floor has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool.
On the second floor we find the kitchen, the living room, the dining room, a courtesy bathroom, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a large terrace with an outdoor seating and dining area.
On the roof we have a magnificent and spacious solarium with beautiful views of the city of Ibiza, the sea and the mountains.
