Beautiful modern style villa located on top of a hill in Es Cubells, in the south of the island. It was completely renovated in 2010. The house is south west facing so it receives sun throughout the day. The views of the sea, Porroig, Cala Jondal and Formentera are truly privileged. Just 10 minutes drive from Cala Jondal, with its famous beach restaurants and beach clubs, 20 minutes from Ibiza and 15 minutes from the Airport.
The property has 400m2 , distributed on two floors and 300m2 of terraces, within 4500m2 of land. The beautiful garden, together with the spectacular views of the sea and the native vegetation of the environment lead our senses to the purest essence of the Mediterranean.
