Description
Vanguardista Music House is a 4-bedroom villa, especially designed for electronic musicians.
The house contains 1 fully equipped music studio with a lot of vintage gear under the terrace and a little midi studio at the first level of the house. This way, multiple musicians can produce at the same time.
The house is within walking distance of Cala Llonga beach.
The 350 sqm villa with swimming pool is in an elevated position that provides the most stunning panoramic views from almost every corner of the house.
On the main floor we find a bright living room with big windows that look out upon the large outside terrace and swimming pool.
The dining room, kitchen and studio 2 are situated on the main floor as well.
The dining space of the first-floor links directly to a large covered outside dining terrace with a table for 6 people.
It looks out upon a relaxing lounge area with stunning views of the town, hills, beach and the sea, with a hint of Formentera in the distance.
Downstairs we have the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Three additional bedrooms and one full bathroom are on the same floor.
On the ground floor we find the swimming pool, surrounded by a large terrace with a massive dining table for at least 8 people.
Next to dining table you’ll find a chilling area that looks out upon the swimming pool and the bamboo sunbeds designed by Tine K.
The whole pool area is surrounded by lush bamboo plants, a palm tree and a lemon tree that make the space even more special.
The house is provided with high-speed internet, 75” smart TV with Netflix, an alarm and coal barbecue.
There’s an extra entrance on the side of the house for guests and free parking in front of the house, large enough to fit three cars.
STUDIO 1.
Studio 1 is a fully equipped studio with some of the best classic vintage synthesizers and drum computers, a vocal booth and an extra bathroom with shower. See the full gear list below.
There’s also a possibility to rent a mixing and mastering engineer with some serious Ableton ninja skills.
The studio is designed with a fast workflow in mind. Digital convenience without losing the quality of analogue and getting lost in a cable mayhem.
At Vanguardista studio, the creative space is as important as the gear. To get musicians in that perfect creative headspace is what it’s all about.
Everything is connected to patch bays in a organized way. A thorough explanation of the studio will be included. The sound technician is standby when needed.
STUDIO 2.
Studio 2 is a small midi studio at the first floor of the house, with the ability to record audio tracks via Universal Audio’s Volt 276.
It is designed to work simultaneously and to prepare projects for mix-down in Studio.
